Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at this charming hotel, largely due to its friendly and accommodating staff. The historical ambiance of the building added a lot to our experience in Florence. However, we encountered some inconveniences, including a lack of Wi-Fi in our room and some noise from the jacuzzi area during our stay. Despite these downsides, we appreciated the hotel's comfort and location, making it a solid choice for visitors.
